If you can read, your brain is so smart because you can read without thinking, without calculating. It is an automatic data process we do subconsciously or unconsciously. Then, how about our perception in daily life? What if we perceive things and people unconsciously and if that perception is not pure and beautiful? We may misperceive things & people and it brings disharmony to us.
In this class, we will explore to learn our own perception on life and ourselves.
