Share a Green Photo on Puna Hongwanji Facebook
It’s activity time, let’s have some fun and you could win a prize. Wednesday is 🍀 St. Patrick’s Day 🍀 and we are looking for photos of something green or you showing us how you are being “green” by being environmentally friendly.
In 2016 at the Hongwanji Legislative Assembly, the temples voted to try and become more environmentally responsible and, as an expression of our Buddhist values, take action to save our planet to be a “Green Hongwanji”.
Post your photos in the comments section on our Puna Hongwanji Facebook page from now until Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 10:00 p.m. (HST). Enter as many times as you like. Posting a being “green” photo gives you a bonus entry. Names will be drawn randomly. One prize per person. We reserve the right to remove photos we deem to be inappropriate for our page. By sharing your photo you are granting us permission to use it in our Hongwanji materials.
