Gotan-e (Founder’s Birthday Day) Service with Rev. Masanari Yamagishi – Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 9 am
This is one of the six major services that we observe each year. On Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. we will observe Gotan-e (Founder’s Birthday Day) Service. Service will be available in person at Puna Hongwanji or online via Zoom. Our guest speaker for the Gotan-e Service will be Rev. Masanari Yamagishi of Kamuela Hongwanji Mission. Rev. Yamagishi will share the Dharma Message “Shinran Shonin is a rabbit? Or, a turtle?”

Please try to send your request prior to 7:00 a.m. to ensure that you do receive the link for the service at 9:00 a.m. Please note in the morning we are preparing for the temple service so may not be able to check our email after 7:00 a.m. We will try our best to check the email, but sometimes it’s not possible.
