There are animals that have been abandoned and have died in the wild or on the road. We hold them in our thoughts with the loving kindness of Amida Buddha, who embraces all lives without distinction.
- On the occasion of Sakyamuni Buddha’s passing (Nirvana Day), not only his disciples but also animals came together to grieve. This demonstrates that Buddha’s love was boundless for all living beings.
