Featured speaker will be Rev. Dr. Carmela Javellana Hirano, Practicing Psychiatrist and Salt Lake Buddhist Temple.
October 2, 2026 – 5 pm – 7 pm – ALL AGES: “Talk Story: Monku, Monku, Monku”- Kamuela Hongwanji. Availabl ein person and via Zoom.
October 3, 2026 10 am – 12 noon – ADULTS: “Shin Buddhist Psychology: The Wisdom of Foolishness” – Hilo Betsuin YBA Hall. Available in person or via Zoom.
October 4, 2026 9:30 am – ALL AGES: Dharma Talk: “Oya Sama: The Runaway Bunny”. Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin. Available in person and via Zoom. Family move to follow. Puna Hongwanji will be closed so please join us at Hilo Betsuin.
There is a fee of $10 to attend the in-person session on Friday and Saturday. Whether you attend one or both session in person the fee is $10. Online sessions and Sunday are free.
